Employment

Working with you

We have considerable experience in acting for employees across the full range of employment law issues including their entry and exit from businesses.  As we also act for many employers, we are able to see both sides and anticipate and react to likely responses from employers. This is of great benefit when negotiating matters on behalf of employees.  Typically we tend to act for managers, senior executives and directors.

We work hard to understand what your commercial objectives are and provide you with robust and expert legal advice and assistance to help you negotiate with, or respond to issues raised by, your employer.  We are always on hand, at the end of a phone, to act as an immediate source of advice.  Knowing that pragmatic commercial advice underpinned by high levels of legal expertise is always available ensures that you have a clear understanding of your legal rights and can therefore make the right decisions about your future.
