Steele Raymond continues its growth with appointment of experienced family lawyer
by Peter Rolph, 06 November 2017
Leading Dorset solicitors Steele Raymond has boosted its family law team with the addition of specialist family lawyer at its offices in Southbourne.
Poole-born Michelle has over 10 years’ experience dealing with all family matters which arise as a result of separation including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, financial settlements and children disputes. Michelle also has vast experience dealing with relationship matters to include injunction proceedings, cohabitation agreements and Pre-Nuptial Agreements.
Commenting on her appointment Michelle said: “I’m delighted to join the family team at Steele Raymond who are not only held in high regard, but are a team of passionate and committed solicitors who take so much pride in what they do”.
Michelle is an experienced mediator, accredited by the Family Mediation Council and her appointment boosts the number of experienced mediators at Steele Raymond.
Mediation is an important part of the relationship process. It is often the first consideration for couples looking to separate or for family members looking to resolve a dispute as amicably as possible. Michelle is qualified to consult with children as part of the process which means that the children can have a voice. Children’s involvement in mediation can help limit the impact of the separation upon all members of the family.
Commenting on Michelle’s arrival Steele Raymond Managing Partner Peter Rolph said: "We’re very happy to welcome someone of Michelle’s experience and expertise to the family team. We have built a strong team over the years and Michelle's appointment perfectly fits our commitment to family law and private client legal services in Southbourne."
