Complaints handling

We operate an internal complaints procedure to investigate any concerns or complaints our clients may have about our work or a bill. If we cannot resolve a concern or complaint internally, our clients may also have the right to refer their concern or complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. We can provide details of this information to our clients and it is also available to clients upon request.
